Day 78 :: My Plate Runneth Over

I'm having the hardest time coming up with blog subjects at the moment. I think I'm in the midst of a subtle freakout over the holidays, the end of PCP and, HOLY COW, the fast approaching New Year!

Otherwise, I'll leave with this thought. While the workouts will get harder, I'm not so worried about them. Muscle abuse I can handle, but I think the diet is going to be more challenging these next 12 DAYS.
It is just sooo much food!

  1. That's funny—my favorite part is ALL THAT FOOD!

  2. Second that Shelly. I have not been able to eat ALL this food in my meal plan either.

Food Inc was an eye opener. I can understand (some politics here) why Obama wants to rush the health care agenda. I think it would be more useful it we just changed the food industry.

  3. Thanks, Denise! I'm feeling a bit like those old ads in the back of comic books, where the 98lb. weakling sends away for muscle building training so the bully won't kick sand in his face on the beach. I'm sure the training involved eating lots of food!!

Hey, I've been holding out on watching Food Inc., but you're making me think that it's a must see.

  4. I don't think anyone will kick sand in YOUR face. You are rockin' it.

I will admit, I can't always work in all the food either. But, I am now going with Patrick's mantra, EAT THE EGGS, don't skip the eggs. Cluck, cluck.
