For the last few days, it's definitely been a challenge for me to drum up the motivation to keep going. I mean, we've been at this for 70 days
IN A ROW -- I'm sure I'm not the only one with tired muscles and a nagging feeling that the whole routine (workout, shop, prep, eat, clean up, sleep) has become a bit... well... routine.
But, I'm sensing the hint of an upswing. Thanks to some extra hours of rest this weekend and a jump-only Monday, I'm all in and ready for our new plans for week 11!
Starting tomorrow, I'll be chanting this mantra when the burn comes on. I hope you'll be saying it with me:
Finish strong!!
Only 19 more days to go!!
I know, pretty crazy isn't it? But these last few weeks are important. Pushing through this "I'm fit enough to stop" barrier will make a big difference.
ReplyDeleteHoly cow too! Where has the time gone? It will be a little difficult to keep on target with Thanksgiving soon. Jonti and I are in the hunt for some good recipes for T-Day.

ReplyDeleteWowza, time has gone by superfast. I think the impending holidays are throwing a curveball in terms of the routine. It's a sort of stressful time anyway, topped with keeping up with PCP to-dos. But seriously, with only 2 weeks left (rounding down)...totally doable!
